Use Peach Raspberry Simple Syrup to Upgrade Cocktails

Using a simple syrup is such an easy way to upgrade your cocktails!⁣⁣⁣⁣ I used this peach raspberry simple syrup for two cocktails: a Peach Raspberry Bellini and a Peach Raspberry Spritz. And it’s so easy to make:

  1. ⁣⁣⁣⁣Bring one cup of water to a boil.⁣⁣⁣⁣

  2. Add one cup of sugar, one cup of raspberries and slices from one peach to the pan.⁣⁣⁣⁣

  3. Stir until sugar is dissolved and then reduce the heat to a simmer. Smash up the raspberries and peaches until thoroughly mixed.⁣⁣⁣⁣

  4. Turn off the heat and let the mixture cool to room temperature.⁣⁣⁣⁣

  5. Strain the mixture and voila! Peach raspberry simple syrup.⁣⁣⁣⁣

⁣⁣⁣⁣Add one oz. of the syrup to Prosecco or champagne for your Bellini, or add one oz. to white wine and top with club soda for your spritz. This recipe is enough for about six cocktails. I like to make my syrups in small batches so it doesn’t go to waste after two weeks in the fridge! ⁣⁣⁣⁣

⁣⁣⁣⁣Brunch cocktails this weekend made easy, right?! Cheers!🥂⁣⁣
